She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Thomas Auten of Paola, Kansas, and the late Mr. Auten and Mrs. James Barnthouse of Winfield, Kansas, and the late Mr. Barnthouse. Her groom is the son of Reverend and Mrs. James Aden Anderson of Deephaven, Minnesota. Bobby is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Palmer of Jefferson City, Missouri, the late Mr. Robert E. Dallmeyer, Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles David Blair. Her groom is the son of Linda Martin Rapp of St. Charles, Missouri, and Mr. Vincent Rapp of Kirkwood, Missouri.

Annual Dinner
The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Dinner was held at the Kansas City Convention Center. Daymond John, a regular on Shark Tank; was the keynote speaker. Outgoing Board Chairman Roshann Parris and Incoming Board Chairman Terry Dunn were honored, and University of Missouri – Kansas City Chancellor Leo Morton was named the Kansas Citian of the Year.

December 6th was the date for the Young Advisory Board of The Children’s Place’s fourth annual Suspenders & Stilettos at Pennway Place. The event was a benefit for The Children’s Place, and guests enjoyed a wine wall and live entertainment from The Magnetics.

Fashion For A Cause

In The Spotlight
The 10th anniversary Fashion For A Cause will be held on April 17th in the Grand Ballroom at the Kansas City Convention Center. Prior to hosting the runway show, entertainer and actor Mario Lopez will mingle with fashion forward patrons at a VIP Experience. Proceeds benefit Truman Medical Centers’ essential care and services to women and babies in Our Town.
