Lily Maxwell joined Global Prairie, an integrated marketing and communications firm, in December 2010 to support its growing healthcare team. She is a member of the Centurions Class of 2014 and was a co-chairman of the Entrepreneurship Task Force on November 12th at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and the new Henry W. Bloch Executive Hall for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Nuptial
Angela Constance Latorre and Benjamin Ross Hudson were married on May 25th at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Steven Latorre of Our Town and the late Mr. Latorre. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Hudson of Wilson, North Carolina. The evening prior, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Plaza III. Following the ceremony, the bride’s mother hosted a beautiful reception at Carriage Club.

October 14th was the date for the March of Dimes’ Signature Chefs Auction. Anita and Dean Newton served as the chairmen. Kansas City Tip-Off
March 1st is the date for Kansas City’s Medicine Cabinet’s sixth annual Kansas City Tip-Off. Mel Lagarde and Kevin Hicks are the honorary co-chairmen. Guests will enjoy a performance by Thompson Square, winners of the 2012 and 2013 Academy of Country Music Award for Vocal Duo of the Year; at the Uptown Theatre.

September 27th was the date for the BOTAR Night at the Rodeo that was held at the American Royal Complex. BOTARs and their families enjoyed a delicious dinner in the Governor’s Room, followed by an exciting Pro Rodeo experience in Hale Arena. Natalie Kirk and Angela Hudson were the co-chairmen.
