Darren Prenger is the director of business development for ECCO Select, an award-winning IT consulting and services firm based in Our Town. Darren is a member of the Centurions, Class of 2014. He participated in the Community Leadership Committee and Sports Task Force last year. Darren is currently serving on the social and retreat committees and as a co-chairman of the Leadership and Civic Engagement Task Force.

The Society of Fellows of The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art held its Annual Dinner on October 17th in Kirkwood Hall. Guests enjoyed the grand opening of the featured exhibition, Impressionist France; Visions of Nation Le Grey to Monet, followed by a delightful French-inspired culinary feast presented by Executive Chef Jonathan Pye.

Women’s Sports Awards Celebration

Christine Kemper is the chairman for WIN for KC’s 20th Annual Women’s Sports Awards Celebration. The event will be held on January 31st at the Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center. Five local female athletes will be honored for their achievements as well as local high school female state champions. The luncheon will kick off a year long celebration of the 20th anniversary of WIN for KC.

Bishop Miege High School was the setting for a tuxedo fitting and meet and greet for the fathers of the Junior League of Wyandotte and Johnson Counties Cotillion honorees. The men had a wonderful time socializing and getting to know each another.
