The Women’s Foundation of Greater Kansas City
On December 6th, The Women’s Foundation of Greater Kansas City will host the 21st Annual Grants Awards Luncheon at the Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center. Actress and advocate America Ferrera is the keynote speaker.
The NAIA Foundation Luncheon
On November 6th, The NAIA Champions of Character Foundation Luncheon will celebrate the values of those who make a difference in sports at the Kansas City Convention Center Grand Ballroom. The keynote speaker will be the University of Nebraska Coach Tom Osborne.
Magic of the Season
December 7th is the date for the 19th Annual Sugar Plum Fairy Children’s Ball to be held in the Grand Ballroom at Bartle Hall. Guests young and old will enjoy holiday music, an elegant three-course lunch, shopping for holiday gifts at the Nutcracker Marketplace, and posing for photos with the Sugar Plum Fairy. Following the Luncheon, there will be a performance of the Kansas City Ballet’s The Nutcracker at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
