Beach Volleyball Tournament

The Children’s Place
August 9th was the date for the second annual Beach Volleyball Tournament, hosted by the Young Advisory Board of The Children’s Place. Twenty-four teams registered to play and tried their hand at winning the prized first place trophy.

WIN for KC Triathlon

Awesome Athletes
The WIN for KC Triathlon was held on July 26th at Smithville Lake. More than 1,200 participants competed in the event.

Chiefs Charity Game

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City
CiCi Rojas, Greg Graves and Tim DeSett were the honorary co-chairmen, and Paul Kushnir served as the chairman of the Chiefs Charity Game. The August 7th event was held during the first pre-season game of the year versus the Cincinnati Bengals and benefited Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City.

Summer White Party

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art
Boyce Richardson was the chairman for the Young Friends of Art’s Summer White Party at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. More than 550 guests enjoyed the “Deceptively Simple” themed event that focused on the newest addition to the Donald J. Hall Sculpture Park, Glass Labyrinth.
