The Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri

Major League Support
The Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri, has been a supporter of the Kansas City Zoo and its educational programs since 1967. Jazzoo was founded by the JLKCMO in 1990 as a fundraiser for the newly-developed Zoo Learning Fund. In honor of the JLKCMO’s 100th anniversary, the League gave the Zoo $1 million, which will be used to create the Zoo’s new cold water penguin exhibit.

Erin Brower

Erin Brower has made her mark at The Family Conservancy. Erin joined the board of directors in 2011, and has served as a member of the resource development committee and as the vice chairman for two years. Erin rallied friends and family in 2011 to organize The KC Kids Are Alright. Thank you, Erin, for your great support of The Family Conservancy.

Young Variety
Lauren McCarthy has been a dedicated volunteer at Young Variety for three years. Lauren has coordinated fundraising events to support children with developmental disabilities, helped create Young Variety’s mission video and was featured onstage at the Variety Show 2012.
