Andersen of Our Town is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Alexandra Patricia Andersen, to Yann Benjamin Coquoz, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Coquoz of Nassau, the Bahamas. The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Mr. B. B. Andersen. Alex is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Joseph Shortall, Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilber Andersen. She is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School.

Kristyn Leigh Reardon and John David Kimminau were married on August 2nd at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Joseph Reardon of Leawood. Kristyn is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Joseph Sullivan of Our Town and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Joseph Reardon. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Paul Kimminau of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Blair Yukon Benjamin and Daniel Mark Aires were married on August 31st at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lyon Benjamin of Overland Park. Her groom is the son of of Mr. and Mrs. Julian Aires of San Diego, California. The evening prior, the groom’s parents hosted a lovely rehearsal dinner at The Roasterie.

Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lenny Madalinski of Elgin, Illinois, and Mr. Ronald Donais, Sr. of Arcadia, Wisconsin. The evening prior, the bride and groom hosted a rehearsal dinner at an estate in Temecula.
A handsome baby boy named Ford Lawson Satterwhite arrived on August 11th. He weighed seven pounds, two ounces and was 19 inches long. Ford has blue eyes and brown hair. His proud parents are Hilary Allen and Steven Satterwhite of Overland Park. His thrilled grandparents are Helen Thompson and Hiram Blomquist of Leawood, Wanda and Robert Allen, Jr. of Prairie Village, Sandy and Max Satterwhite of Lenexa, and great-grandmother Jean Allen of Our Town.
