Good news for all you basketball fans: the fourth annual “Kansas City ‘Magic’ All-Star Celebrity Basketball Game” will be played August 7th at the Municipal Auditorium! Don’t miss out on the chance to watch players from the Los Angeles Entertainment League hoop it up. All proceeds from the celebrity basketball game will benefit The Clay Johnson Foundation, which was started by KayCee native and former LA Lakers player Clay Johnson. In just three years since its opening in October, 2007, the Sprint Center has been recognized as the third busiest arena in America and sixth in the world!  Our Town’s venue is ranked just behind those in New York City and Atlanta.  Pollstar Magazine also reports that all of the top 10 North American concert tours are coming to the Sprint Center.  We should be proud!  For more information, click here.
