Back in the Swing

Alaskan Fur is having a Back in the Swing event on October 13th from 9 am to 8 pm! All day there will be pink fox keychains for sale, which will get customers 20 percent off anything in the store. Ten percent of all proceeds will go toward Back in the Swing. There will even be a fabulous cocktail party from 5 to 8 pm! Join in the fun while helping out this great cause! Performing Art Series at JCCC

The Miles Davis Experience

This Friday, September 30th revisit the sound, history, and culture of the Jazz Age.  Photos and film clips of the iconic jazz musician Miles Davis will be accompanied by a beat-poet style narrator on Yardley Stage at Johnson County Community College.  In addition, there will be a live performance by the Ambrose Akinmusire Quintet. Progressive Dinner at Mission Farms

Every second Tuesday of the month is Progressive Dinner night at Mission Farms!  This month’s dinner will be held on September 13th, and will feature a great dining experience from three of Mission Farms best restaurants.  The evening will start at Los Cabos at 6 p.m.  From there you can go to Blanc Burgers + Bottles for appetizers.  Then it is on to Blue Koi for dinner and dessert. Head for the Cure

Head for the Cure 5K Metro KC
