Amy Suzanne Butts and Neilson Perry Atha were married on September 17th at the Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch in Avon, Colorado.  The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Earl Butts III and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fredrick Earl Boone of Memphis, Tennesee and the late Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Earl Butts, Jr.  Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Dean Atha of Our Town and the grandson of Mrs.

Olivia Kathleen Creal
A pink bundle of joy named Olivia Kathleen Creal arrived on September 29th. She weighed seven pounds, one ounce and was 19 and a half inches long.  Olivia has blue eyes and brown hair.  The proud parents are Lesley and Tom Creal III of Prairie Village.  Grandparents Marianne Damon and Mark Damon and Cindy and Tom Creal II,  all of Our Town, are thrilled with this adorable addition to the family.  Olivia Kathleen was named after her aunt, the late Katie Creal.

Congratulations Catherine & Steven!
Mr. and Mrs. James Edward Cooling of Our Town are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Gale Cooling, to Steven James Davis, the son of Dr. and Mrs. Carl George Davis of Daphne, Alabama. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Gale Dietrich of Kansas City and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lester Joseph Cooling. Catherine is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School. She was a Jewel Ball debutante in 2003.

Chris Allen

Chris’ Candour
We are delighted to report that Our Town’s Chris Allen, the great grandson of basketball legend Phog Allen; wrote and released his first album recently. Chris moved out to Los Angeles five years ago to pursue his music career. Now, he has not only completed an album, but he co-runs a recording studio in Culver City, California, called Studio-Rev.
Chris is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School and The University of Kansas.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. William Patrick Donnelly of Leawood, Kansas. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Michael Jenkins of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
