Cheers to Volunteers! – Cindy Marshall
Since the opening of Great Plains SPCA’s Independence Campus in April, Cindy Marshall has donated more than 2,300 hours of service. Rain or shine, hot or cold, Cindy makes sure that all dogs are walked and receive individual play time. Her hard work improves the shelter pets’ experience, and prepares them for forever homes. Thank you, Cindy, you are a true hero!
