Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Schellhorn!
Kendall Marie Matous and Charles William Schellhorn, Jr. were married on May 24th at Village Presbyterian Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth John Matous of Wichita, Kansas. Kendall is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles John Matous of Wichita and the late Mr. and Mrs. William T. Powell, Jr. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles William Schellhorn of Our Town. Chip is the grandson of Mrs. Charles H. Schellhorn of Brewster, Massachusetts, and the late Mr. Schellhorn and the late Mr. and Mrs. Cliff C. Jones, Jr.
The evening prior, a rehearsal dinner was held at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza. Following the ceremony, a lovely reception was held at The Kansas City Country Club. The happy couple enjoyed a honeymoon to Costa Rica and are at home in Kingsville, Texas. Kendall is employed by Forbes Media, and Chip is a flight instructor with the United States Navy.
