Cristo Rey Kansas City – Dancing with the Kansas City Stars
March 9th was the date for Cristo Rey Kansas City’s Dancing with the Kansas City Stars at Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center. Lisa Shadid and Mary Ann Woodward were the co-chairmen. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner and a dance competition. Tony Richardson received first place, Jane Gard was the first runner-up and Connie Fahey was the second runner-up. Heather Bortnick, Mayor Sly James and Ed Holland served as special guests judges. Proceeds from the event raised scholarship funds and awareness for the school.
