NonProfit Connect – 28th Annual Philanthrophy Awards Luncheon
NonProfit Connect hosted its 28th Annual Philanthrophy Awards Luncheon on May 11th at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center. Mary and Mark Jorgenson were the honorary chairmen, and Trudy and Jack Gabriel served as the chairmen. The event honored Mary Davidson Cohen, Philanthropist of the Year; Burns & McDonnell, Business Philanthropist of the Year; Maurice A. Watson, Volunteer of the Year; David Warm, Mid-America Regional Council, Nonprofit Professional of the Year; and Nigro Brothers Auctioneers, Nonprofit Impact Award, and it also honored the 2012 Rising Stars of Philanthropy.
