Synergy Services – Kindest Kansas Citian Awards Banquet
The 27th Annual Kindest Kansas Citian Awards Banquet was held on May 5th at The View at Briarcliff. The event featured entertainment and delicious refreshments, in addition to spotlighting those who do so much for Our Town. Jamie Cummings and John Isenberg were proclaimed Honorary Stars. As in other years, students at area schools wrote essays nominating candidates (5,000 of them!). The 20 Kindest Kansas Citians, along with the students who nominated them, were honored at the gathering. The event provides funding for Synergy Services STOP Violence program, which opposes bullying and educates thousands of local students each year.
