Truman Library Institute – 17th annual Wild About Harry
The Truman Library Institute’s 17th annual Wild About Harry dinner was held on April 7th event at the Muehlebach Tower of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Guests enjoyed specialty craft cocktails from Tom’s Town Distilling Company, a special live performance of the “Star Spangled Banner” by Tim Scott and 1948 Whistle Stop Campaign reenactors. Mark Halperin and John Heilemann were the keynote speakers, and Dr. Henry A. Kissinger was honored with the 2016 Harry S. Truman Legacy of Leadership Award.
